There are four Aflac dental insurance plans. They are Basic Dental Coverage, Standard Dental Coverage, Premier Coverage, and Premier Plus Coverage. Basic Dental Coverage is the most affordable plan. The wellness benefit of this plan is $25 per visit. This benefit amounts to $50, $50 and $75 for Standard, Premier and Premier Plus Dental Coverage plans respectively. At least a 150 day gap between the two visits for availing this benefit is needed. This rule applies for all the plans.
An x-ray benefit of $10 for Basic and $25 for all the other plans is offered. These two benefits can be availed without any waiting period. Several other offers are there with waiting periods. The maximum yearly coverage of these 4 plans are- $1200, $1400, $1600 and $1800 respectively.
The Basic plan costs the least while the Premier Plus's rates are the highest. Within one particular plan, the rates differ according to the customer type. But all of them are very much affordable and every plan offers 'Missing Tooth Clause' and 'Replacement Clause'.
My Aflac
Aflac does not provide online enrolment services. Instead, the customers can find contact detail of Aflac Dental Insurance representatives in the Aflac website. Then they can fix an appointment with him/her to discuss about the plans and offers and sign up.
